The Real Way Out by Patrik Banga shortlisted for the Czech Book Award

The student jurors in the 11th annual Czech Book competition have shortlisted six titles out of the most interesting domestic fiction published last year.

Mylene by Olga Stehlíková with illustrations by Andrea Tachezy has received two nominations for the prestige Gold Ribbon award.

This year the juries in all four parts of the Gold Ribbon contest chose from over 240 titles.

Host has three Magnesia Litera prizewinners

Three shortlisted titles, three victories. If this were a sporting matter, we might say that Host Publishers converted all its chances. The scorers were Patrik Banga, Viktor Špaček and Petr Hruška.
