Kateřina Tučková's books have been translated into thirteen languages (Italian, Hungarian, Ukrainian, Polish, Romanian, Macedonian, Slovenian, German, Slovakian, Bulgarian, Croatian, Belarussian and Arabic), rights sold to Serbia and United Kingdom.
The novel The Expulsion of Gerta Schnirch / Vyhnání Gerty Schnirch was published in 2009 (hardback) and 2010 (paperback), and caused a great stir in the Czech literary circles; Magnesia Litera 2010 - Readers' award; shortlisted for Jiří Orten Prize and Josef Škvorecký prize, more than 30. 000 copies sold. Theatre adaptation premiered in October 2014 (HaDivadlo). Audiobook released in November 2013 (OneHotBook).
Her latest novel The Žítková Goddesses / Žítkovské bohyně was published in March 2012 and became the 6th best sold fiction title in the Czech Republic for 2012 (for 21 weeks listed among the first 10 best sold titles), paperback edition published in February, 2013.
