Jana Kloučková Kudrnová

Jana Kloučková Kudrnová (1981) graduated from the UTB Visual Communication Studio and the Illustration Studio at the Sztuk Pięknych imenia Jana Matejki Academyi in Krakow.  She is a freelance graphic designer and has illustrated books by Markéta Špačková (Why the Crocodile Makes Waves / Proč krokodýl dělá vlny) and Petra Bartíková (Why the Lion Roars at the Lion / Proč řve lev na leva) for children aged three and up, as well as the interactive encyclopaedias Wanderers of the Animal World / Tuláci ze světa zvířat by Eva Bártová and Markéta Špačková and Winter in the Animal World / Zima ve světě zvířat by Markéta Špačková and Irena Kocí (all 2018). Her interest in ecology has also been reflected in her artwork for the environmental notebook Change is in Us / Změna je v nás, published by the Tereza Education Centre. She also collaborates with Argo Publishers.
