Throughout this year, the Czech literary scene has been living and breathing the Frankfurt Book Fair, where Czechia takes centre stage as the Guest of Honour this October.
Host – one of the most prominent contemporary Czech publishers, celebrating its thirtieth anniversary this year – will be presenting its own dedicated stand for the very first time (Hall 3.1, C70). We warmly invite you to visit us!
The stand will present a selection of several dozen titles by Czech authors, alongside an impressive printed catalogue showcasing Host as a highly successful publisher on both the domestic and international stages. The hundreds of translations of Czech authors into over forty languages speak for themselves...
This year features also an impressive lineup of Host authors in Frankfurt, with appearances by Alena Mornštajnová, Kateřina Tučková, Petra Soukupová, Jiří Hájíček, Petra Klabouchová, Petr Šesták, Anna Beata Háblová, Jakub Stanjura and Patrik Banga. And many more.
We look forward to seeing you in Frankfurt – not only at the Host Publishers stand, but also at the Czech Pavilion (F.1) and the Czechia stand (Hall 3.1, C65), where you are warmly invited. And, of course, please do join us for our authors’ events!
